A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to give immigration advice and represent clients for a fee. Only RCICs, lawyers and Québec notaries may do this.

No. Decisions are made by IRCC officers and other authorities. Anyone who guarantees an approval is not being honest with you. What we can do is present the strongest, most complete application possible.

You can apply on your own. Many clients hire a consultant because rules change often, mistakes can lead to refusals or misrepresentation findings, and professional preparation saves time and stress.

Yes. We serve clients across Canada and internationally by phone and video call, as well as in person in LaSalle, Montréal.

Yes. Our consultant holds the RCIC-IRB (Class L3) licence, which permits representation before the IRB, including refugee claims.

Processing times vary by program and change frequently. IRCC publishes current estimates on its website, and we will discuss realistic timelines for your case.

Yes. We review the refusal reasons (and officer notes, where available) and advise whether to re-apply, request reconsideration or pursue another option.

We accept Interac e-Transfer and Cash (in person). All fees are set out in a written service agreement before work begins.

Yes. We are bound by confidentiality obligations under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and applicable privacy laws, including Québec’s privacy legislation.
